How to start a free Blogger Blog

Earlier when I did a post on How to Start a Blog, it does not have a step by step guide. It was just on how to start a blog in general. Well, I hope this will help. A step by step video guide on how to start a blog with blogger. For more help on blogger, visit their help page.
Now, can anyone tell me where can I get a video on how to start a free wordpress.com blog?
