This was released to the world on 3rd April 2007 which include fixes for several publicly known minor XSS issues, one major XML-RPC issue, and a proactive full sweep of the WordPress codebase to protect against future problems. Don’t worry, I don’t know what they mean either. Just blame my ignorance.
I did not plan to upgrade. Actually I was having a problem since last Thursday. By right, wordpress will send me an email whenever anyone left me a comment at my blog or at the about page, but it did not. The problem happened even though I did not make any changes to my wordpress setting.
Due to that, I decided to upgrade hoping it will solve it but the problem still persist. Fyi, in wordpress options :
- under general tab - email is correct, changed to another one but still the same.
- under discussion tab - ‘email me whenever’ .. anyone post a comment and a comment is held for moderation are both ticked.
Hmmm .. wonder why, can anyone help?

Erm..I haven’t face this problem before. The best thing to do now, refer to the wordpress support forum..hehe..

Yes Azwan..i just update my wordpress to latest version..i so wonder why these wordpress always release new version..just for fix their problem..?

@Bat, I think it is not a problem anymore. I received all the comments today through emails. hmmm … it makes me wonder - what happened?
@Bent, it should be due to bugs fixing. If only they can make the upgrade process simple.

Erm..maybe after this, we can upgrade the version through the dashboard by just a mouse click, hehe..who knows..

@mohdismail … aku teramat lah sibuk minggu ni, sempat singgah di blog kenkawan dan tinggalkan komen sahaja … sebagai petanda that i’m still alive.
workload is like crazy currently. been going home late the whole week. Wed, left at 9pm .. only yesterday i went back early .. tu pun sebab nak balik SP.
