Adsense Plugin

You will not see it on the home page but you will see it once you go into the single post page. At first, I add it manually by editing my php files. The problem with this was, adsense will be shown exactly at the same place every time.
Then I tested on adsense deluxe. This is much better as I can add my adsense anywhere in the post by only adding this line : <!–adsense–> (this is default). Of course, there’s some setup that you need to do first where you can setup different adsense format and name the code differently, example <!–adsense#big–>, <!–adsense#small–>. But this, again, requires manual adjustment but it helps to minimize some steps.
Finally, I was introduced to Adsense Injection by Bloganything. This is much simpler. It will randomly put in your adsense ads of your choice in your post. Today on top left, and maybe tomorrow at the bottom.
And If you don’t want any ads to be shown on a particular post, just add i this comment <!–noadsense–> and none will come out like I did for my birthday post. I think this will work well with me.

The 1 or 2 sidebars come default with the theme, I can select either 1 or 2 sidebar on a single page. It made the post page bigger and suits 300×250 very well.

Kau pulak, kenapa tak letak. Apa beza advertlets? Just use the skyscraper and choose image only. serve the same purpose - cpm

It’s difficult for a blog that’s purely in bahasa Melayu but if your blog is a mixture between English and Malay, it will not be a problem. Kan .. kan .. but with a blog that is famous as yours I don’t think you will have difficulties in redirecting your existing traffic to your English blog(if you have one) once in a while

I am doing some experiment myself. Try on the single page post first and maybe later put it everywhere, even on the 404 page

With this hack you can have your Adsense automatically inserted into all of your posts, using MightyAdsense, except those from PayPerPost.

No problem man. I sat there thinking there must be some way to get around this. I just wish I could make it better by enabling you to add categories in the administrator’s page, but again: I’m not too clear with the whole Wordpress thing.
everybody monetizing their blog? should i? there’s another article on bloganything on how to increase your adsense revenue 300% hehe.

Should you? That’s for you to decide .. ha .. ha .. Saw the one at aad_lfcfn, very funny. You can boost your adsense revenue not only by 300% but to whatever amount you want and you can do it in 2 minutes

one day maybe i will. right now, i think the traffic is not enough yet, and off the late i blog a lot in malay (ms), the readers/visitors now mainly from malaysia and indonesia. hikmah 3 entry bring a lot of google traffic, to my surprise.
for the time being, only exabytes affiliate banner will remain there.

My traffic isn’t great but it’s not bad either. I prefer to take it slowly. I’m still a part time blogger with 2 to 3 post per week. I can do more … tapi .. nantilah
@Baz L, so far I am quite ok with adsense injection and adsense deluxe. Maybe I will try that in other blog. The only problem with that one is I need to change the script and with the current development in Wordpress i.e 2.1, 2.2 and now 2.2.1, plugin may change, and if i forgot to update .. problem!
@Zaki, as per my email, u should know by now that the one from aad at bloganything is a joke .. ha..ha..
I love the Adsense Injection plugin, previously I use adsense deluxe only.
