It has been 6 months
August 2nd, 2007 at 3:00 pm by azwan. Filed under Blogging, Reviews.It has been 6 month since I started this blog with my first post, Hello World. That was on the 25 February 2007. I don’t get many visitors but from the statistics which I collected since March 2007, looks like the numbers are increasing. Take a look at the stats below.
Nothing to be proud of ha..ha.. 
I am not that famous yet … but as a part time blogger, with just 2 or 3 post a week, I think I am doing fine. 30% of the traffic is from search engines and with 59% bounce rate, I think I am doing pretty good for a part time blogger.
As at today, there are currently 65 post with a total of 905 comments, contained within 16 categories (with 756 spams). Being a personal blog, I am not going for any specific niche. Not just yet. I am happy doing it this way, I think I will continue to do it like this for the time being. I also met a few new friends while blogging. For those of you who have linked to me and I haven’t linked back, please let me know. I might have overlooked.
In term of monetizing, this blog has not really made a lot of money 
. But I have plans … and executing them slowly. I still have a full time job.

i like the niche part, i’m not going to pursue for it too regardless of whatever people say. in 6 months, yours consider good, pr3 with alexa ranking of 352k and increasing.

ya ya ya… utk site bikin wang, aku suda renew balik domain aku yg dormant selama hampir setahun, dah nak mampus pun, aku tiada niat utk renew sehinggalah 5 hari selepas expired pergi ayah bagi offer USD7 utk sthn.
famous juga perlu, utk TLA aku difahamkan alexa ranking itu penting.

i got a lot of clicks for TLA but no one completed the referral. from johnchow blog he stated that TLA will give USD 25 with every completed referral

adsense drop aa . aku rasa sebab aku edit theme tuh buang ads after titlle post and before commenting. ads just after title post rejected by PPP la sebab tuh aku buang. ads tuh yg paling byk generate income. tapi skang slow la kengkadang byk gak ari2 yg zero, but PPP leh bagi income la . hehe

as for me, the one at merapuman’s blog is going up lately. Previously it was only pennies but now .. better ..
i was thinking of doing a niche blog .. but still thinking whether should i or not, I don’t think I will be able to manage it .. until i quite my current job

during my 1st post on nov 2006, i had decide not to aware on visitor to my blog. Until now, i never aware about it. So, you should proud on this performance. It shown that somebody had come and come back to read somethings here. Unless you got the same idea like me. Posting only for sake of myself a.k.a syok sendiri.
