Hello, how are you today? I just hope that those spammers are not spoiling your mood. I was tagged a few weeks back by Am. He requested me to remove all the anti-spam plugin that I used in this blog for 1 day. Just 1 day, that’s today, 15th Dec 2007.
Since I was a bit tied up lately, I am only able to do the tag today and most probably will only deactivate the plugin on 1st January 2008 (if you have nothing planned on that day, seeing spams coming in might be fun 
) and maybe report about it a few days after that.
Anyway, I am not sure whether I am capable to go without Spam Karma 2 for a day. I’m not being paranoid but with an average of 80 comments spams daily lately, letting spams in is crazy ….. but let see what happen on New Year’s day ok .
Anyone else interested to do this? I know that it has already pass the due date, but you still can try. Oh! By the way AM, I hope I can still claim the USD97 worth of software that you offered although this has passed due and also if you don’t mind, please send a copy each to these people if they make a claim. I am tagging Zool, Adila, Zaki and Fatah.
Let’s do it on 1st January 2008.

yes .. on ‘good days’ it can go up to 100 but Spam Karma really helps to keep them where they are supposed to be. But sometimes there’s nothing at all. 80 average for 2 weeks but after that, 3 days without a single one.
Spammers are the demons of the net. Don’t turn off your shields, lest you should permit havoc and the corruption of your site’s soul! The end is nigh! Head for the hills!

They will cause havoc alright but the only way to appreciate the plugin is to leave it off for a day.
well… yang lepas am pun dah bukak lebih kurang 18 spam masuk ke blog am… still software tersebut boleh didapati… walaupun dah selepas tarikh tersebut… just email me..

i’m okay with turning that off, but i still moderate the comments, that’s the nightmare, unless i just approve those comments without moderating. not all spam are bad but most of them are. i especially don’t want to let the xxx spam showed on my blog.
am, i’m still in, but later after i deliver my projects okehh….

i was actually attacked by spammers last night. i think they did it manually. different ip and diff url (all form tumblr.com) …. maybe they were pissed off by my title. sorry for the emails

tapi tak kisahlah kalu tak mau buat sebab ini cuma option jer… just turn off spam plugin adalah “syarat” yang dikenakan…

boleh jugak cara tu kan. just for one day moderate manually. tapi kan … just for this title, aku memang kena attack je hari ni … ada yang sempat terlepas. celakak betul la spammers ni ..
a day with spam protection off ? huhuuhuhuhuhuhu. even when it is on pun ada yang terlepas masuk lagi ….
