WordPress 2.5 Is Finally Out

Finally, version 2.5 is out. They have put in a lot of new features to the new version. Among them are multi-file uploading, a WYSIWYG that doesn’t mess with your code and the one-click plugin upgrades. One-click plugin upgrade will really make maintaining WordPress easier especially for those who uses a lot of plugins, but it would be better if they could incorporate a WordPress Upgrade plugin, that covers backup and upgrades, into future release. This will make maintaining a WordPress blog even easier. Click here for the rest of the details.
At the same time, WordPress has also redesigned the site. Looks good doesn’t it?

There was an error extracting the latest zip file from WordPress just now. Maybe the traffic is high or something, but anyway … I will test it on one of my blog first. If it works, then I will upgrade this blog too.
Since this is not a release for security fix, I think it’s ok to delay (unless I missed out something)

biasanya mcm tula bro..aku pun takut2 dan segan2 nak upgrade bukan ape..memang la nie version latest..tapi plugin sokongan tu kengkadang tak terkejar dgn update nie..so mungkin developer plugin tgh take time nak upgrade kasi compatible dulu

UI wordpress 2.5 agak menarik. Kira aku suka la tu, hehe…Dah cuba dalam localhost pc aku, setakat ni ok, cuma nak kena study skit camna nak guna built-in gallery dalam wordpress kali ni.
Haha, nanti tak lama lagi leh la aku hantar tender untuk design theme blog ni, wakakaka…

Bat, salah satu site wordpress aku baru saja upgrade ke 2.5. I upgraded it manually. Not using the WPU plugin this time. So far everything looks ok

problem sikitla lepas upgrade… post yang lama tak keluar dan bila tengok kat parmalink setting dia dah tukar.. pastu ikut cam dia nak…dan ubah balik still tak keluar setting lama… camner yerk…
