Number 4

There’s no number 4 at the place I stay (when i am working in Prai). Nice cool place but number 4 doesn’t exist. All have been change to 3A.
Dumb, don’t you think? Regardless whether it is related to Feng Shui or not.
I wonder if they go by that in real life. Imagine
I would like to register my son for standard one.
How old is he now?

By the way, if you noticed, lately I have been a lot of photos which I took while working outstation. It’s fasting month and the 3rd SAP live date is near, I don’t have much time. So just pictures and some ramblings ok.

that building obviously was built by Chinese. friend of my also a Chinese and a developer too said to me once, no 4 isn’t ong = die! they love no 8 = rich!. that’s why they put RMXXX888 on the house they sell

anyway, the problem is people will get confuse. They put it as 3A. When you stop at that floor, the lift punya speaker tu akan kata … bla .. bla .. bla .. 3A floort, but when call the management office to check something, the person answered is referring to the 4th floor, and she is Chinese ??

sekarang mana2 bangunan baru pun dah buat camtu.. walaupun umah flat kos rendah..
tapi ada satu multilevel yang am pernah tengok.. semua yang dapat program kereta akan pakai plet number..

ye la… dah lama tak datang sini. which reminds me of a joke regarding lifts, told by my 10 year old nephew:
Ada sorang tua ni dia tinggal di tingkat 20 di sebuah pangsapuri. Tapi tiap-tiap kali naik lif, dia mesti turun di tingkat 11, dan menaiki tangga hingga ke tingkat 20. Kenapa?

Kat Korea pun macam tu. Bg dia org nombor 4 dianggap malang dan sebutannya sama spt perkataan yg bermaksud mati. Sebab tu lah sebahagian bangunan Korea tak de tingkat ke4. Lift akan menandanya sebagai F.
