Niche. Still deciding on one?
OK .. OK .. let’s stop talking about pigs, politics and bersih for a while. It will never end 
. Let’s discuss about niche. Something that you want to do but not sure which niche you should be doing. Unlike this blog, the title itself is telling you that, this is mine and I can do whatever I want with it. Ha..ha.. so it’s ok for me not to have a specific niche although I tend to blog on making money, managing them and also tips on blogging.
I subscribe to WordTracker just to have a feel on what are the hot topics of the week. I’ve been a subscriber for ages but only lately, I got a chance to really look on whats hot an what’s not. Well, there are other sites other that WordTracker but why bother when I don’t have the time to even concentrate on one.
What’s with WordTracker?
Basically, it give you two things :
- Top 300 surge report (last 48 hrs)
- Top 200 keyword report (last 90 days)
After going through the newsletter for the past 2 months, I noticed that there’s a lot of searches on the entertainment industry. I could see searches like Lucy McClane, Angelina Jolie, Linkin Park, Vanessa Hudgens, Rihanna, Jessica Biel .. and lately Kim Kardashian is hitting the top ten.
So, what’s my point?
If you are still looking for niche and can’t seem to find one, do an entertainment niche. Read Dosh Dosh’s Four Reasons Why the Entertainment Niche is Great for Making Money where he said :
Entertainment is a flat, one-dimensional niche that only requires you to consistently offer zero-barrier information based on popular and widely established concepts (celebrity brand names etc.). Anyone can enjoy pictures of Christian Bale or Jessica Alba but not everyone is fascinated by a blog about Wordpress.
OK, maybe my example is a little bit too international. But the local scene isn’t bad either. Fasha Sandha is getting ‘big’ and what if Siti Nurhaliza gets pregnant? A story like “Siti Nurhaliza Mengandung Anak Perempuan” will sure bring in traffic, provided she gets pregnant .. of course.

Deciding on a niche is fortunately not a problem for me. Now my main problem is the limited time for me to blog…
But, in order to get really monetize, we really need to focus on the correct niche. That’s where wordtracker and overture are very imperative.

idea yang menarik…. memang kecoh kalo siti nurhaliza mengandung. memang akan menarik traffik sehingga limit agaknya?
memang saat yang dinantikan oleh ramai orang. anak pertama untuk siti nurhaliza… kita tengok apa kata mereka yang lain…
ada yang akan cari berita cerita siti nurhaliza dah mengandung? akan menimang cahaya mata?

memang kalau nak tarik traffik cara gini ok lah… tapi biasa blog entertainment la yang selalu dapat pun… dorang biasa dok mengulang benda yang sama… cam pit n angelina jolie tu memang tiap bulan dok cari cerita pasal dia.. ct mengandung tu still hresh new story… so untuk blog ni maybe dapat traffik awal… sebab belum ramai orang dok cerita…
tapi kalau berdasarkan popular untuk benda yang kat malaysia ni betul-betul ada traffic yang ada kualiti ke.. kalau adsense still la keluar iklan tak perlu kerja lagi, ringtone spider dan adsense taiko… well one of the forum that i active daily try to crack adsense taiko sebab cara yang disebut too promising and looks like a scam… and no one even know him…- the writer.. haha.. so i reply in on it… that was a scam, and some other people buy that book says, the book need to be put in rubbish bag!!!
another one is 7 day mahir adsense… also
just copy back the salesletter into the report that they distribute for free…

Buying ebooks online and shopping online is 2 different thing.
When you go shopping, most probably you know what are you looking for and what is the product for and how it works but when it comes to ebook, you will not know what is inside until you buy it. Unlike physical book where you can open, read a few para/chapters and then only decide.

Bee movie? besh!! I went with F last 2 weeks. (Hmm… still going out with that guy? aiyak!!! camno nak habis drama macam ni??? hehehehe) Tapi I think it suits more for adults. Hariz can understand. Knowing Nurin, she will be restless halfway through kut. Tapi bawak ja la. The kids mesti excited! I rang kak lin last night, ada ka Nurin cakap, tak kenal sape ni? When ibu said it was makngah, she said : Ye lah, dah lama sangat tak tengok makngah, dah lupa.
Hmmm……
Anyway, about the wordpress, I’ll sit down with you after adik’s wedding is done. Now every weekend is very busy with his wedding preparation. I thought if you balik this weekend nak pergi rumah opah, I have udang harimau free, banyak. Next time then.
Oh… Siti pregnant? hmm…. interesting.

kadang2 bergantung juga pada prinsip pemilik blog tersebut..yela blog sendiri dia punya sukala dia nak buat apa..so maybe dia tak kisah nak post pasal ape..ade sesetengah just tulis hal sendiri dan takmau cerita2 picisan ini mencemar kedaulatan blog mereka..haha..ap2 pun niche pasal siti mengandung ni memang diakui boleh menjana trafik tanpa perlu membeli ebook

Apa-apa pun, bila berbicara mengenai picisan tu. ia bergantung kepada individu. seorang analyst mengambil berat mengenai documentation manakala seorang programmer lebih mementingkan ke-robust-san aturcaranya berbanding dokumentasi.

There is always a wealth of topics that is ever changing and it is not hard to get people to read about their favorite celebrities. It is pretty much something you can choose to get easy traffic because people are always looking for the latest juicy gossip.
